Digital Needs Assessment

CONTEXT | The current health crisis has disconnected Canadian businesses from their supply chains, customers and employees on an unprecedented scale.

To help support Canada's SMEs, the Scale-Up Institute Toronto is launching the Recovery Activation Program (RAP); a virtual learning platform focused on helping SMEs recover from the crisis and build growth-oriented futures through process modernization and digital transformation.

DIGITAL NEEDS ASSESSMENT | As a starting point for the RAP program, participants will need to undertake a Digital Needs Assessment (DNA).

The DNA is geared to understanding the digital maturity of an organization around five key pillars of the RAP program namely Digital Modernization, Technology Hardware, Digital Restructure Financing, Sales and Marketing, and Structural and Regulatory Alignment.

The output of the DNA will provide a baseline for program administrators to make appropriate recommendations for each participant.
